A start-up consultancy, backed by a FTSE100 powerhouse were introduced to us through a recommendation from an existing client. They engaged us to support their growth with a top-down recruitment model. We were contacted and engaged directly by their COO on recommendation / referral.

Our Work

Identifying and attracting the majority of their leadership team. As an industry-disruptor they were looking for a niche skill-set for all of their vacancies and we had to go outside of the traditional recruitment methods and headhunt foreign nationals to be relocated to the UK for business-critical hires.

The Outcome

The client has grown in Headcount 10% year-on-year and in Revenue 30% year-on-year since our partnership began.
