Brief

One of the most innovative iGaming brands in the industry hired a new Group CEO to transition the business away from being Founder led. The Group CEO launched a significant transformation with an ambitious new growth strategy. Arnold Ash were exclusively engaged to support their growth with a top-down recruitment model, starting with the formation of their new executive management team. We were contacted, engaged and integrated directly by their Group CEO based on previous success within their prior business.

Identifying and attracting the majority of their leadership team. As an industry-disruptor they were looking for a niche skill-set for all of their vacancies and we had to go outside of the traditional recruitment methods and headhunt foreign nationals to be relocated to the UK for business-critical hires.

The client has grown in Headcount 10% year-on-year and in Revenue 30% year-on-year since our partnership began.
